Most of my everyday work involves brain. To keep my mind in balance, cooking and baking is one of my refugees of creativity and relaxation. So, some time ago, I started to make my own bread.
Bread is amazing. I share the philosophy of minimalism, and a good bread barely needs more than water, flour, salt and maybe a little bit of yeast. Equipped now with some books, I am still in the learning process and sometimes I use this blog to write notes or post about some successes or failures.
