This page is about my ganglia-query CLI tool ("gmon") to query a Ganglia Server. You find the project on GitHub.

gmon is a small console based utility, to query a gmon instance, that listens for incoming tcp connections. The use case is to have a small CLI with which I was able to monitor my cluster systems in a single shell. That is what gmon is/was for.

This is how gmon looks like

The program is written in go and made in a way, that it looks pretty in a 80 characters wide terminal. Compilation and install should be pretty easy and is documented in the project repository.
