Happy new year everyone!
We’re looking on a busy year ahead. And apart from our small and big projects I only want to make one new years resolution:
- Adapt my lifestyle to the work as a remote worker
I think the key is to establish some new healthy habits, and since I’m planning to stay as a remote worker for a long time, it is now the best time to make this happen. Healthy habits are such an underrated life-hack, where you profit for a long time from.
I think there are two key goals to achieve:
- Switch my eating habits to match my current position (i.e. eat less)
- Establish a routine to do stretching and strengthening exercises during the day to avoid fatigue and back-pain
Let’s see how this is going and how long I can keep this up.
