Poffertjes are an amazing Dutch specialty, which I would loosely describe as delicious mini-pancakes with powder sugar and butter (what is there not to like?). They are also filling enough and, at least in my opinion, count as a full meal - people would argue about this one though ;-)

If you are around the Rotterdam market place, then you should step by Poffertjessalon Seth. It’s located in Hoogstraat 177 and serves delicious little Dutch pancakes.
