This is a picture of the “Schweizer Brot” (Swiss bread), a very easy and delicious recipe from Lutz' Geißlers “Brotbackbuck Nr. 1”.
This bread takes a little bit of time, but the dough is easy to make and the result was almost an instant success.
I’m too afraid to post the original recipe here, so this is a lonely post with a picture of the result only. Sorry folks :-(
